I can't believe I've lost almost 10 lbs!! on top of that, I'm around 1 size down clothing wise, and my muscles have clearly kicked in from all the elliptical training. I can't believe my body changed this much in not even 1 months time. (3 weeks and 1 day) I've been eating 1570 ish cals a day (more and less but that is the medium) which is plenty more than the minimum 1200 I used to eat when I had an eating disorder. I supplement my need for quick results by training in a slight increase every time I use the gym. recently I also tried dumbells. I plan on learning the whole gym. becoming a bit of an exercise addict. it shapes me faster than the weight-loss does. or at least as fast. it feels like doubling the results I used to get when I didn't exercise nearly as much and nearly as efficiently.

the big difference is now I live in a place with a free gym. I go whenever I want.

Nice! Once you get comfortable with resistance training then you’ll really start to light it up! Don’t be afraid to heavy things for low reps for best results. Please don’t fall into the trap of light weights with high reps they like to push sometimes. 😎💪
