Oh well, up one to 146. Not worried. I think I will further challenge myself to a ONE MONTH protein blast...that will put me right on my next apt with Dr H. Won't be too hard, I hope. Not eating Christmas junk anyway. Seminar on Monday, Dec 15th. Planning on being there for sure this time...
