Thanks so much @buenita and @glamper. @michelle, I know just what you mean! I can have a decent dinner and the next morning I’ve ‘gained’ 2 pounds. Trying to lose it doesn’t work the same way though, right!?! @lonnie, think I’m going to try 3-days of health smoothies just to help me push into the 140’s. I had to fast for 3-days to break the 160-159 mark. For some reason, I keep gaining/losing the same 2 pounds otherwise😠
