I seem to be eating alot of things I shouldn't, donuts, brownies, that kind of stuff. And I have been unable to ride my bike because my rear end hurts (don't ask). I have GOT to get back on track here. My sugar cravings are just getting out of control and I need to eat more veggies for sure. More salad. I'm out of broccoli and that is one vegetable I know I will eat. So, kick me in the butt!
