Well, my trip to Vegas to visit my nere do well friend Brion resulted in a gain of two pounds - not a surprise. Poor diet while there was a result of there being little else to eat but the crap HE eats. Out to dinner the first night. Glorious beef ribs with a ton of sauce (which I had no control over) and sides. But, I knew all this going in. I see this guy maaaaybe once ever two years. I'm actually happy with a back-slide of only two pounds so I got away easy. If I spent any more than the three days I DID there, I'd be in serious trouble.
