I think I did pretty well back on Atkins. I switch tomorrow for two weeks while I am traveling and expect a slowdown. I even have a planned "cheat" scheduled for 8/6 (my birthday), so I might even show a little gain, but I am prepared for all that and for immediately returning to Atkins when I get back.
