You are doing great overall this week. You are losing 2.8 lbs a week even though for the day you are showing .2 gain. Since you weigh daily, this is to be expected. Pat yourself on the back!

Yep,what Kattay said! There is lots of good things about weighing daily & one of them is that when the # goes up we have all the other days that can motivate us to say:It's just 1 day. In fact every day I write my # on the calender for that day.Red marker used means my # went up,green marker used means my # went down & a black marker means the # stayed the same. If my # goes up I only need a quick glance to put it in perspective. :)
