Okay, on the right path although it's water today. No walk last night, rain and wonky ankle. We did walk to the end of the block when i decided not to push it. Rower was a no go, too much pressure on the push. Will be mindful of activity level today.
In a hurry this morning, I have to do a retirement speech for someone in an hour. Found out thirty minutes ago. What fun! Doing a few quick notes and some serious ad libbing for 5- 10 minutes.
