Bouncing around. So long as it goes down more than it goes up then I’m happy. My birthday in 5 weeks so I really want to be consistently under the 80 mark by then. Hitting 7500+ steps a day , decided I needed to build up to 10k as I end up with cramps overnight if I do too much. This is day 7 of my NY resolutions. 1. Stay low carb. Yep, not in ketosis but keeping the carbs around 50. 2. Be more active. Yep, walking every day 3. Don’t drink alone. Yep, but here’s the thing. I have been a social butterfly this week, and the weekend has just arrived, more of the same. But I kind of achieved it ?????
