Well it was a small loss this week a half of a pound but I am celebrating anyways :) Today when I went to town I discovered that my seatbelt now fits and with room to spare!!! It was very exciting! Just spent 40 min. shoveling snow and my arms feel like jello :)

that is awesome a loss is a loss sometimes it isn't so much as what the scale says as how you feel in clothes and other things like the seat belt... Shoveling snow is a workout... good job.. We still don't have much snow up here in Alaska

Thanks everyone! I do feel blessed to have a loss this week. I went to Wisconsin this weekend with my sister's and splurged a little but I did get in some great workouts in the pool so it evened out :) Have a great Thanksgiving!
