Well, after a week of celebratory eating and drinking the results are in. 2 kgs in one week. The worst part is not only was I moderating the amount, I’ve also been physically working my a$$ off the last week - sanding, painting and gardening every day. Every muscle hurts, so I also feel like I’ve been working harder ! Oh well, a week to put it on, probably 2 weeks to take it off, hopefully it’s a lot of fluid from the carbs.
