Didn't go for a walk yesterday and not really feeling motivated to go for a walk today, my dad told me he's lost 30kg from just changing his diet and no exercise so I've kinda got that in my head atm but I still want to keep walking because I feel like its helping me tone up.. just feeling a little lazy the last few days. He told me to stop eating fruit because it's packed with sugar and it converts to fat, I don't know how true that is but I don't want to stop eating fruit because I feel like it helps my skin look more youthful, so today I'm going to try eat fruit for breakfast, a light lunch probably a blt with egg with one slice of bread again, and have a small portion of dinner which will be protein and vegetables.
