I've gone back on my pain meds for the past two weeks, so I know I'm retaining some fluid. We have been out to several Christmas parties in the past two weeks so hard to watch what I'm eating.
I'm still on 1mg of Ozempic every Monday morning. I try to get through the day with just a small glass of Orange juice, but once I start eating at supper, then it's hard to stop eating!!
