Above 100 on waking glucose. Was less than 100 before bed and well after dinner. Dawn effect yes, but want improvement even with that phenomenon.
Olive Garden last night. Salmon with Broccoli and endless salad. I figured 1000 calories and stayed away from the breadsticks. I did eat the salad croutons and three pieces of the fried ravioli appetizer. Not too bad all things considered.
Dinner was a challenge but i feel like i made the right choices.
It was a good fight and a positive experience.
The fight continues.
