You really have done amazing in your journey so far. I look at where you started and how far you have come already and it gives me hope that I can do the same. I see from your journal that things are tough for you right now but hang in there and don't give up. Take it day by day and if that is too tough hour by hour. God can and will give you the strength to come through this to the other side. He may not take this trial from you but He will be with you. Be blessed.

I hear ya! I've been dabbling in the land of I do not care myself. We need to remember how far we've come and how much better it is where we are now. Once you've got that motivation, look forward instead of back and off you go!

This is a tough time of year, I've struggled in the past 3 weeks. Buy as others have said you've come a long way, the small gain this week isn't a huge deal. Just work on getting back to what you know works, one day at a time.

i agree - you've done amazing so far. i think sometimes when we hit a big milestone we think we can relax - that's what happens to me - and sometimes we deserve a little break - but ultimately i am sure you will get back on track. gotta keep building the habits for life.
