Still making progress, though I wish I could get my ketone readings lower. Finally got a reading over 1 today, but still lower than I'd like. But I can't reduce my carbs or protein any lower (consistently under 25g for net carbs and 65g for protein). At least the weight loss seems to be settling in, while I am 100% faithful to the diet. And I haven't been exercising, which I do hope to start up soon.
