Yesterday was a day staying at home. It was a little cold outside, and not weather to go to our garden - we have no shelter over there, just a little tool shed. So if the sun's not out, it's not very compelling to go.
So no exercise for me yesterday, as we just stayed home watching movies.
I did however eat right all day and stayed within the RDI.
Omelet for (late) breakfast, and a nice lunch and dinner.
The result? I lost a whopping 900 grams! Woooohoooo! I am now at 104.1 kgs - 4.1 kgs to go! I should be able to accomplish that in about 3-4 weeks if all goes as planned! Let's see! :)
