I went to Academy Sporting Goods with Mr Coco so he could buy some new tennis shoes. I ended up trying on a bathing suit and some shorts and tops, and ended up liking the bathing suit better than the shorts. That's about the bravest thing I've done lately. We don't have a full-length mirror in a convenient place in our house, so I rarely get to see myself from the neck down in a mirror. It was kinda scary. I have some baggy skin that I doubt will ever go away, mostly around my middle, but also my upper arms and thighs are doughy. Luckily, they didn't have the mirrors set up so I could see my butt. I've read you can tone up your muscles underneath that skin, but nothing short of surgery will get rid of it, especially at my age. I can live with it though. I just need full-body spanx. The important thing is I feel better and move around a lot better than I used to.
