So sad. Is it because water retention coz I am on my PMS? My weight had been stalled lately and now yeahhh I gain weight!!! So upset. Please,please please be strong.

It's water. Don't panic. If I've stuck to plan, while I PMS it's discouraging because I hold steady or rise, but then as it ends, a ton of weight drops all in a short time. You're making progress, it's just masked. Keep the faith, you can do it!

Deb thanksss ... green sharpie, and my appetite increasing. i always find this is the hardest time for me..craving and my stomach growling ...i drink lots of lots of water but i still feeling extra hungry. haha
