Water weight- gone. Been pretty sedentary because of a back injury and pain. Keeping in mind what I learned the first time around. Making sure I have enough fat intake and sodium intake. Need to do better on my water consumption. I do NOT want a repeat of fainting spells due to low pulse and blood pressure.
