i guess user chamabanana is right? bcs how tf did i lose 1kg in a day😭 and you all will probably be surprised if yall ever see me in real life because I'm not skinny at all haha

You kind of can reply, just click on the comment box at the bottom of your post, it took a bit for me to spot too! I think I look chubby, but apparently I'm thin and should not lose more weight. I always look at the 'fat' bits on me, I have a terrible view of myself but trust what others say. My BMI is about 20 (so hard to maintain) so I definitely should not worry about what is actually a healthy amount of fat (but I do, I wish I wouldn't). I go up and down a kg or 2 every week, it's normal. And, it's normal for your body to want to be a weight it is happy with to function healthily and happily 🙂

Wait until you get to your 50s and onwards and you realise you spent all your youth looking for faults when no one else was even looking at you! Look for your assets and focus on them. Life is too short!
