I can't believe how close I am to my goal!!! I have a friend coming to visit for a week and I'm scared about a set back. I've been so diligent. I don't want to gain a bunch of weight back. it's scary how easy it is to gain back 10 pounds by not caring for a week. I'm going to need to be firm, as if I'm allergic to food outside of my eating plan. 👊 because yeah, those foods actually do keep me sick and make me feel terrible long after the meal is done.
