I'm getting close to the 130s. it's been 10 years since I got sick and packed on almost 80 pounds. I can't believe I'm about 10 pounds away from my goal. I'm both stunned and proud. if anyone is curious? a combo of 18:6 and 20:4 IF is what gave me an edge. 18:6, with exercise and food tracking is sustainable for me. (20:4 isn't sustainable but I can occasionally do it, as well as a monthly 24 hr fast, maybe more - but not much) I'm close enough to my goal weight, that I can shift gears to focus more on muscle building and exercise that I can handle. I pretty much understand what I should be eating and the quantities. happy Sunday.
