Alright. Time to turn this train wreck around. I know what I need to do. Just haven’t had the will power to do it. Let’s go.

Thanks 3dkids2!! Let’s do it together!! I am so happy I was able to stay on track today and way under my calorie goal for the day. I was so busy I hardly had time to eat and not feeling any hunger pangs which is wonderful! Maybe my body’s running off of the excess calories from the past week🤔😝 whatever the reason- i like it!
