This weigh in was done at 11am after breakfast, toilet, shower and toe nail cutting and I seem to have lost 1.1kg! I weighed myself last night at 2am as usual and the damn scales said I was 7.7kg even after I stepped on and off 100 times and after having a Toblerone ice cream (so worth it). This morning I weigh 76.6 an actual weight loss! I will always choose the lowest figure as the truth and I can't wait to move into a home with straight floors and level tiles.
