If possible, go for a walk, or a bike ride, or rake your lawn - anything that takes you out of the house. Go to the library. If you are out of the house, you can acknowledge the cravings without being in a position to give in. You can make a conscious choice about what you really want to do or not do. And it gives the cravings time to cycle down.

Buttermilk popsicles? Oh my, something new for me to obsess on! Hang in there, and try and swap the craving for something nonfood that is comforting to you.

If you are wanting popsicles and chocolate, try the healthy choice ice cream fudge bars. They are wonderful and only 80 calories a bar!

I eat a square of Lindt 90% cocoa chocolate to stave off those cravings! YUMMY!

I love dark chocolate. I have also used the diabetic, sugar free variety to avoid the sugar buzz.

I make my own chocolate treats with coconut oil hemp hearts and either organic raw cocoa powder or Dark cacao adding whatever flavor stevia in ice cube trays and putting them in the freezer. Good for you, your metabolism and VERY satisfying.
