Hi, everyone! Hope you are well. I decided to only weigh in when I have a loss. So glad that I'm still having a loss some times. :) I was reading that fiber aids digestion, prevents constipation, and lowers cholesterol -- and can help with weight loss. Most women should get about 25 grams fiber daily, while men might need about 38 grams. Good fiber sources include oatmeal, beans, whole grain foods, and a variety of fruits and vegetables. There is a list of good fiber foods that are low carb on my September 2 journal if you want to look back there. Please note: If you are sensitive to any food and you feel that it does not agree with you, then eat what makes you healthy. You can do this! Good luck, everyone!
