Good morning, everyone. Hope you all had a good weekend. Religious fasting again (12am-4pm) this week. I am thinking it will end by the end of the week, but not sure...Hope to see the scale go down! No exercises yesterday, but here is what I did Saturday:
60 squats (30 day squat challenge)
Participated in the American Heart Association Heart Walk on Saturday. The participants were walking moderately slow, so I couldn't run...But here's what I did:
TOTAL: 57:32 minutes 235 calories 19.53/mi
I went to the gym to run Galloway Method Warm up: 5 minutes 5 minutes running/1 minute walking X 8 times TOTAL: 50:14 minutes 484 calories 10.17/mi 5.0 MPH
I am hoping to run tonight at the gym! Muah!
