I haven't really worked out besides some leisurely activity since last Thursday - with that said, I'm not too upset about my slight weight gain. I was also eating more and eating multiple times per day, which doesn't help. Keeping my fingers crossed that by the end of the week I'll have lost that and then some...
On a positive note, I'm wearing 38 pants again for the first time in years, which feels really good. Really want to see myself in 34s some day, but only time will tell.
