Wonderful! Hope it helps your inflammation! Mine started acting up yesterday into today. Hope it passes soon. It is painful and makes me feel sick. I even have a sore index finger from it. In my knee too. Does your potassium help you? Have a fabulous Friday!

Good day! I hear you on I the inflammation. Well, the intermittent fasting was given the green light hr my endocrinologist. I looked it up. It says it goes help inflammation. Another thing is started last week was collagen. I just use Knox unflavored gelatin. In 8 days, I was not as sore and can walk much farther than b4. It says it helps adrenal fatigue which I have, inflammation, joint pain, heart health, thickens your hair, etc. You Dan pay a fortune or just buy Knox. Google it. Oh helps prevent bine loss plus build muscle bass. I have to take the Potassium because of the RX Lasix. I have to be very careful with my kidneys as I’ve almost lost them twice. I take a ton of supplements at my drs advice die to my lack of red neat and pork the last 20 years. I do eat bacon once weekly and I love a Reuben sandwich once or twice a year.
