So from the looks of my weigh in, I am not doing that well but actually I feel good about things. I went to Brazil in March and did a fast to drop weight right before I went. Not the healthiest thing, I know. I did it knowing the weight would come back so in that regard I am not disappointed.
I am a little disappointed that I have been stuck in the same weight range for a while now after losing an initial 24 pounds. I do have to say that work had a lot to do with it. I had been working 10-12 hour days which resulted in having to quit playing volleyball for a while and eating junk food that was at the office since I wasn't eating dinner. However, I am happy to report that the office decided to get healthy together and we have been making healthy choices for office provided snacks. YAY. In addition I have been making sure and letting my boss know that I need to have time for me again and I am now taking intense dance classes three times a week. I have already noticed a difference.
All in ALL I am back on track and I am excited. PS. my birthday is in three weeks and I have a new dress I want to look fabulous in. I will post pictures to show results.
