Wow, ANOTHER 300 grams lost since yesterday! I'm impressed! This is now the 4th day in a row where I can register a new, lowest weigh-in. Damn, that makes me feel good. I bought (as I mentioned the other day) a new little garden, and we try to spend time out there. We have not done too much gardening, but it's a twenty minute walk out there (and another twenty back), no tv, no laptop, no internet (thought we DO cheat and check Facebook on our smartphones!) and not really anything to occupy the lazy way. So I think we probably more around more than we realize. We cut the grass, weed out a little here and there, and even if it doesn't seem like it's TOO much we get done, there is probably a total of an hour of yard work anyways. Today it Tuesday, it's Hump day, as I have Thursday and Friday off... Is that a four day weekend I smell? Life is good!
