flirting around 222 for awhile now. I went home recently where everything carb was out. only gained 2 lb though on trip. better than 7 I used to during a visit! my goal now is to break and stay below 220...while at the same time adding more than just walking to my regimen. i started doing a 23 minute per day kickboxing workout (free online video). i will be off the rails for a few weeks as I have long overdue hernia surgery on aug 17th. i don"t want to gain weight post. and no exercise and the largely carb laden fiber options recommended post this surgery are a no go for this guy. so my solution us simple. Fot 2 to 3 weeks I am going to eat keto yogurt (plsin yogurt blended with strawberrirs rasberries and crave) both berries and yogurt are recommended post this surgery carbs will be maintained at a low level. i won't allow the surgery to be an excuse to gain weight!
