I'm getting close to losing the pounds that the Doctor wanted me too. I'm going to try to go a little further than that though. I'd like to lose additional weight and drop down another pants waist size. Dieting hasn't been a real chore for me. More or less a change of eating habits. Things I stopped eating are: Potato's, Pasta, Candy, snacks, and Ice Cream. Things that I'm eating more of: Chicken, Fish, Turkey, Salads, nuts, and lots of fresh vegetables. I've been doing more cooking on the grill than I have ever done. The grill seems to make most anything very tasty.
