Well, this is what I remember weight loss to look like. And I also remember that when this happened my rdi was around 1200.
I've been tracking my food religiously and stopped the WW points, because with the free pass on fruits, (and no way to track them on the new WW), I was consuming too much of them.
Also, it's cooler now and I'm suffering a lot less from the heat.
Although I'm pleased, it might be water weight, and the real tally will be on Saturday. But it does feel great to cross over into another digit.

Fruit is one of those carbs that sneak up on ya because of the sugar, hmm. And I'll think 'but I haven't had any fruit' and then remember 'oh, yeah, tomato...'

Thank you all. @JovialJ, it's nice, but I try not to be too happy, as I'm sure most of it is water loss, and the real tally is when the loss is many pounds behind for a awhile.
