Husbands birthday yesterday, went out for a nice dinner with family, and enjoyed every bite. Yesterday was a weird day food wise, I got hubby a coffee in the morning and treated myself to one as well, drank half and felt sick immediately. Was shaky, dizzy, and lightheaded for the next couple hours. Tried eating protein Rich food to feel better and nothing was helping. Had a bad headache and ended up just eating junk. My head felt better, but I was disappointed in my choices. BUT I am feeling better this morning and back to tracking every bite and making better decisions!

Forgot to add, on the bright side I got in a killer workout yesterday and am SO sore! So that’s at least a step in the right direction. First time using teeny dumbbells postpartum. Baby steps. Getting there!

Ugh. Sorry your day started off that way. If it happens again, I've eaten a banana or fatty nuts and excercise to burn it off. I'm trying to find the happy medium of caffeine and ADHD meds but don't always succeed.

Rosie funny you say that. I went home and exercised and felt like I was gonna pass out!! and then when I wasn’t feeling good I had a banana smothered in peanut butter lol😝 I’m swearing off Dutch Bros for a bit. Lol
