In louisiana on family emergency. I am eating badly but staying active running behind my niece. Lol. Getting back on the bandwagon tomorrow. Eating lots of fruit to balance things out. So close but yet so far away to first goal. Oh well there are other more important things in life. God is still in control. Be blessed.
