Down another half-pound (more or less). Yesterday I had a bad sinus headache for the first time this year; the down side of living in the South. It's the first I've had in a very long time, possibly related to changes in temperature and pressure, a warm (well, hot) period following a very cool one. It interrupted my plans for exercise; I wasn't going to the gym while I felt that lousy. Instead I went home and napped. Did me some good, I think.

Congrats on the continued weight loss. And on listening to your body and taking a nap - I love naps, so restorative.

Losing wt while feeling lousy at the same time, is not the easiest thing to do. I've been fighting with sinus problems myself lately. Glad to see you are still losing. Keep at it and hope you start feeling better soon.
