DAY 1 of REDO: Gained. Today, Thursday, May 19, 2011, 152.3. Weighed in at 12:05 p.m. I was 139.8 on January 11, 2011. So in a little over five months, I've gained about 13 pounds. But I'm still better than I was a year ago. Will start daily weighing. Family dinners began last Thursday, and I will eat moderately and healthfully. The last time I weighed this much was August 25, 2010. At this time last year, I weighed 168 pounds, a full 16 pounds heavier than I am now. So if I want, I can now lose those 25 plus pounds, like I did at this time last year. Maybe get back to my book. Anything to keep my mind off food. Reading, painting, or writing. Or exercise. All good. And write in here daily for myself. And read these entries. Today is day 1.
