I checked out you chart and took a look at a few days of your food logs. AMAZING!!! You have inspired me even further. I figured out how to change my RDI to 1800 calories, it was at 2000 and I wanted it @ 1800 because I was getting the great results at that level. hoosier436, keep focused and don't despair. You ROCK!!
