It is apparent that I cannot ingest very much sugar or dairy. Sugar is hidden in everything though, so real awareness of what goes into my mouth. I suspect even much grains as well. I feel great as I near that huge psychological goal of being below 300 pounds for the first time in 25 plus years. No more joint pain. I am sleeping better, so the sleep apnea is imporving. The anti inflammatory aspects of this diet is working. I will have my CRP repeated soon to see if and how much it is down from the very high level of over 4.
