Seeing this number on the scale threw me for a loop. I was expecting the number to go down. I’ve watched what I’m eating more, started personal training, thought I was getting control of all this. Turns out-I’m not. Seeing this number made me a bit scared too. I remember when I was in the 220’s and I absolutely hated myself and my body. I wore baggy clothes than were I’ll fitting but didn’t show my shape in any way. I was really u comfortable ALl the time. I can’t go back there. Swinging this pendulum the other way. Tracking, staying w macros, sub 1700 cals a day and finding ways to be more active. Deep sigh. Here we go again
