I will not be exercising this week :( :( I will do some weight training at home tonight, but I will be going to Tampa every nite (Tues-Fri) which is a 3 hour drive...so no Planet Fitness :(...but its all good...I pledge to make good food choices this week and will get back to the gym Saturday morning, lord willing
