dropped 2 kgs in 2 weeks.

slow development but a positive one.

didnt have any diet.

ate less after 8 pm.

if i had to eat then it was either 2 chapati or a small bowl of rice.

most important, absolutely NOTHING after nine thirty.

also had green tea after nine.
