After a week of doing keto wuth intermittent fasting. I expected some lost but this is really something. 3.5kg (7.7lbs) lost in 7 days.
With CICO previously, I only lose around 1kg(2.2 lbs) a week. Really please with the result. At this rate I might reach my goal sooner than expected. Only 0.5kg(1 lbs) left until my current milestone. I decide to continue with keto and IF for now.
