Weight is still a little high, though it's getting better again. I really want to get under and stay below 110 kgs. I have been there, liked it, and want to be there again. I have set Monday as the day where I raise the bar and dedicate to lose another 10 kgs. However, I would really like to be UNDER 110 before I start that journey. We'll see. Ready or not, I am going.
Yesterday, I hurt my leg. I think I pulled a huge muscle in my thigh. This means I can barely walk, and over compensate with my back, so my back ALSO hurts. :(
Sadly, this will probably mean no swimming tomorrow. Hope I will be ready Monday.
Regardelss of these things, I am so happy I have made it to far in this project. Life is good!
