I began my diet (I call it a diet, but it is becoming my 'way to live') April 10, 2011. Thirty days have passed. Fifteen pounds have disappeared. The FatSecret website is loaded with great people and my being accountable to them, to my journal, to my weigh-ins and food recording is working. I am no longer afraid of the numbers on the scale. They are still very high but are creeping down more quickly than I had thought they would. My next goal is a sensible 8 pound loss in the next thirty days.
