Gained this week, but I'm not surprised because I felt like I had. Followed the diet pretty well, but being that I was not measuring and recording, I'm sure I've overdone it. Started measuring yesterday, and I can tell I've been going over. So, hopefully this week will be better. I think my new fav. lattes have had a good bit of carbs in them. I haven't been measuring the heavy cream. The carton says less than 1 g per serving which is 1T, so how do I determine the carbs if I have like 1/4C? I'm not down about the weight gain, but determined!!! :-)

I know that, but was wondering since it says less than one g per serving, would I just go on the safe side and count it as 1 g?

I think sometimes when we've been on "the program" for a while we start to forget to write down our extra bites and overlook portion sizes - then we staart backsliding and the results are not pretty. I've learned the hard way that we cannot take this for granted.

PS - Ive been letting the Food Diary keep track of the carb count.
