There is no reasonable way I could gain 4 pounds in 9 days. There's gotta be some serious water retention going on here. Just gonna keep on keeping on...
On average, last week, about 1800 calories, no cardio. Two days of yoga.
This week, gonna work on getting cardio every day, yoga 5x week, sticking closer to 1400-1500 calories and cutting out white flour. We'll see how this goes this week.
