Walked my 1 mile loop again this morning, that makes 5 miles this week. Amazing to me when I used to couldn't hardly walk to the mail box. Today I have started to try to eat a little soft protein, ( 4 weeks out) I made an easy over egg and about 1/4 cup of part-skim ricotta cheese for breakfast. Working on it for about an hour now, it tastes soooo good! Slow and I mean slow. I see that the scale says +2 pounds this morning...not worried. It's fluid. I do really try to get in 64oz plus, like they want you to; however, I don't seem to pee much of it back out. Did drink my low sodium broth very late last night. And 2 sugar free popsicles. I am going to Dr H today, so lets see if he will let me start to ride my stationary bike. Hoping to join YMCA about Aug 15 or so. So far so good on keeping down the egg & cheese...no sickies and no foamies...yay!
